Complete Designs LLC, founded in 1999, is dedicated to providing exquisite landscape and garden designs, installation, lawn care and property maintenance solutions to their clients in Connecticut and New York who wish to enhance the beauty, value, safety, and health of their landscapes.
Meet the Owner
Susan L. Haynes
Landscape designer and founder Susan Haynes is an artist at heart and the outdoor landscape is her medium. Susan grew up gardening and taking care of the lawn with her grandmother in Norwalk, Connecticut, where she gained a love for creating and caring for beautiful colorful landscapes that brought happiness and peace to her family and friends. Inspired early on by her grandmother’s advice, “if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life,” she pursued her education and training in landscape design, installation and management. In 1999, Complete Designs was started with only a lawn mower, a Honda Civic hatchback, one employee that was her cousin, Carlton, and a handful of residential contracts. Susan saw a need for expertly managed landscapes in which she would offer services based on long-term relationships and tailored property-specific solutions. Today, 20 years later, Complete Designs has a fleet of vehicles, many employees, and many client accounts throughout Fairfield County. Specializing in property maintenance and design and installation solutions, Complete Designs can effectively help you with your landscape needs.
